Frequently Asked Questions

Customers & Brokers

Q. Do you haul flatbed/open-deck or refrigerated/temp-controlled loads?

A. We specialize in hauling general freight using 53' dry van trailers. This includes palletized goods, consumer products, non-perishable items, retail freight, and other dry commodities that don't require temperature control. Our focus on dry van freight allows us to offer consistent, reliable service across a wide range of industries.

Q. Are you able to accommodate "drop-trailer" loads?

A. At this time, we do not offer drop trailer services. Our operations are primarily focused on no-touch or standard load/unload appointments. While we don't currently support loads that require extended wait times or on-site handling, we're always open to discussing specific needs to see if there’s a solution that works for both parties.

Q. Do you offer Power-Only services?

A. Yes, we offer Power-Only services. We provide well-maintained trucks to move your trailers wherever they need to go. Whether it's a one-time move or ongoing lanes, we’re ready to support your operation with reliable, on-time service.

Q. Do you offer 3PL services?

A. At this time, we do not offer third-party logistics (3PL) services. Our focus is on providing dependable asset-based transportation solutions using our own equipment and drivers. However, we're always open to collaborating with trusted logistics partners when needed to support our customers' broader shipping needs.

Q. Do you offer cross-border services?

A. At this time, we do not provide cross-border pickup or delivery services. Our operations are focused within the United States. However, we’re happy to coordinate with your cross-border partners or assist in arranging handoffs at designated transfer points near the border, if needed. As our network grows, we’re continuing to evaluate opportunities to expand into cross-border logistics in the future.

Q. What's your pricing structure or how do you quote shipments?

A. Our pricing is based on several key factors, including mileage, load type, equipment requirements, lane consistency, and market conditions. We quote each shipment individually to ensure it reflects current rates while staying competitive and fair. Whether it’s a one-time move or ongoing freight, we aim to provide accurate, transparent quotes with no surprises. We’re also happy to discuss contracted or volume-based pricing for customers with regular shipping needs.

Q. Do you have warehouse space or cross-docking services?

A. Currently, we do not offer in-house warehouse or cross-docking services. Our primary focus is on transportation and freight movement. However, if those services are essential to your operation, we’re happy to work with your existing partners or help coordinate solutions through our trusted network when possible.

Q. How do you ensure cargo security during transit?

A. Cargo security is a top priority for us. We take several steps to protect your freight, including using sealed trailers, secure loading procedures, and verified pickup and delivery protocols. Our drivers follow strict safety standards, and we regularly inspect our equipment to ensure it's road-ready and secure. In addition, we provide GPS monitoring with live track and trace capabilities that can be accessed on any device, ensuring your freight is in safe hands from pickup to delivery.

Q. What is your claims process if freight is lost or damaged?

A. In the rare event that freight is lost or damaged, we have a clear and efficient claims process in place. First, we ask that any issues be reported as soon as possible with supporting documentation, such as photos and a copy of the bill of lading. Once received, we begin an internal investigation with our claims and work closely with all parties involved to gather the necessary details. We assist throughout the claims process and submit the required documentation to our insurance provider for resolution. Our goal is to handle claims fairly, professionally, and in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to your business.

Q. What kind of ELD or TMS Technology do you use?

A. We use Motive (formerly KeepTruckin) for our ELD (Electronic Logging Device) solution. Motive provides real-time GPS tracking, driver log compliance, and automated internal diagnostic reporting, which helps us maintain full transparency and safety throughout every trip. This technology allows us to monitor performance, reduce downtime, and keep our customers updated with accurate, real-time data. It’s a key part of how we deliver reliable and efficient service. We use an in-house TMS system to manage our logistics operations. This platform allows us to efficiently handle load planning, dispatching, tracking, and document management—all in real time. This allows us to provide better visibility, faster communication, and more reliable service for our customers and broker partners. It helps us stay organized, responsive, and focused on delivering your freight safely and on schedule.

Q. How do you handle delays, breakdowns or emergencies?

A. We have a proactive approach to handling delays, breakdowns, and emergencies. If an issue arises on the road, our drivers are trained to notify dispatch immediately. Our team then communicates promptly with all involved parties to provide real-time updates and minimize disruption. We also have access to 24/7 roadside assistance and a network of trusted service providers to resolve breakdowns quickly and safely. In certain geographic areas, we’re able to provide re-power options to keep your freight moving if a tractor becomes inoperable. While unexpected situations can happen, we prioritize communication, fast solutions, and keeping your freight on schedule.

Drivers & Owner Operators

Q. Do you offer a Lease-Purchase Program?

A. At this time, we do not offer a Lease-Purchase Program. We currently partner with owner operators who already have their own equipment. However, we’re always open to discussing future opportunities as our company grows, and we’re happy to refer you to trusted programs if you’re exploring lease-purchase options.

Q. What are the weekly deductions?

3. Electronic logging device (required).

4. Weekly fuel card statement (optional, only if opted in).

5. Factoring @ 2.0% (optional, only if opted in).

Q. What is the pay structure?

A. Owner operators with their own trailer earn 90% of the line haul gross revenue, while power-only operators earn 95% of the line haul gross revenue. We offer weekly settlements, full transparency on rate confirmations, and no forced dispatch. You’ll always know exactly what you're hauling and how much you're earning.

Q. What is the average weekly mileage?

A. Our average weekly mileage and revenue can vary based on the type of freight, region, and how often you choose to run. For OTR (Over-the-Road), we typically see 2,500–3,000+ miles per week, with strong revenue potential depending on the lanes and load availability. For regional, weekly mileage usually ranges between 1,800–2,500 miles, with consistent freight and more frequent home time.

Ultimately, how much you run—and earn—depends on your goals and availability, and our dispatch team works with you to keep your wheels turning efficiently.

Q. What are your home time policies?

A. As an owner operator, you have full control over your schedule—including when you go home. We provide recommended driving schedules based on freight availability and revenue potential, but ultimately, you decide when to run and when to take time off. Our dispatch team works with your preferences to help you meet your personal and financial goals without sacrificing your freedom.

Q. What type of freight will I be hauling?

A. We primarily haul dry freight, including general goods, retail products, and palletized cargo. However, for drivers with the proper endorsements, we also accommodate hazmat and tanker loads when available. This gives qualified drivers the opportunity to access specialized freight and potentially increase their earnings.

Q. Can I choose my own loads or do you assign them?

A. We believe in giving owner operators the freedom to choose their own loads. You’ll always have visibility and input on what you’re hauling. That said, in certain situations—especially when capacity is tight or freight is time-sensitive—our dispatch team may step in to assign load options that align with your preferences and keep you moving. We prioritize communication and trust. The more we understand your goals and preferred lanes, the better we can work together.

Q. Do you help with IFTA, permits and registration?

A. We provide guidance and the necessary information to help you stay compliant with IFTA, permits, and registration requirements. While we don’t file or submit paperwork on your behalf, we’ll point you in the right direction, answer your questions, and make sure you have what you need to get it done correctly and on time.

Q. How are breakdowns handled financially?

A. As an owner operator, you're fully responsible for all maintenance and repair costs related to your equipment. However, we understand that unexpected breakdowns can happen, so in certain situations, we may be able to provide a cash advance to help cover emergency expenses. Our goal is to keep you moving, and while you own your equipment, we’re here to support you where we can.

Q. Do you work with dual MC# Owner Operators?

A. Absolutely not, as an owner operator contracted with us, you’re required to run under our authority. While you're contracted to us, our MC number must be the only one used with your equipment. In addition, our MC# and USDOT# are to be the only identifying numbers on your truck as a decal (we provide the decals). We don’t allow dual authority or the use of any other MC number while you're running under our dispatch. This keeps things compliant, organized, and ensures we can fully support you with freight, dispatch, and back-office services.
